What is the ALCO Vault?

The ALCO Vault is a centralized hub where you can:

  • View Documentation: Access guides, policies, and technical documentation.
  • Manage Passwords: Securely retrieve credentials for approved systems.
  • Check Company Assets: See devices connected to your network and their details.
  • Access Invoices: Review and download invoices for services provided.

How to Log In

  1. Navigate to the ALCO Vault URL: https://vault.alcousa.org
  2. Enter Your Credentials:
    • Username: Provided by ALCO.
    • Password: Provided during onboarding (use the password manager for security).
  3. Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication):
    • For added security, set up MFA during your first login.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you’ll see the Client Dashboard, which includes:

  • Search Bar: Quickly find documentation or assets.
  • Navigation Menu:
    • Passwords
    • Assets
    • Invoices
    • Documentation
  • Recent Updates: Displays the latest changes or additions.

Key Features Explained

1. Passwords

  • Navigate to Passwords in the menu.
  • Use the search function to find credentials for specific systems.
  • Important: Passwords are encrypted and visible only to authorized users.

2. Company Assets

  • Go to Assets to view:
    • Device names
    • IP addresses
    • Status (online/offline)
    • Assigned user
  • This helps you track hardware and network devices easily.

3. Invoices

  • Click Invoices to:
    • View past invoices
    • Download PDFs for your records
    • Check payment status

4. Documentation

  • Access guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles under Documentation.
  • Use categories or the search bar for quick navigation.
