How to Use the ALCO Hub (BoldDesk)

What You’ll Find on the ALCO Hub Homepage
When you visit https://hub.alcousa.org, the top navigation bar provides the following options:
1. Knowledge Base
- Located at the top of the page.
- Browse articles, guides, and FAQs to find answers to common questions.
- Use the search bar to quickly locate topics.
2. ALCO Vault Link
- Direct link to the ALCO Vault (Hudu Client Area).
- Use this to access documentation, passwords, assets, and invoices.
- If you already have access, clicking this link will take you directly to the Vault.
3. Request Access Button
- Located to the right of the ALCO Vault link.
- Visible only if you do not currently have Vault access.
- Click this button to submit a request for access.
- Fill out the form with your details; our team will review and grant access based on your account permissions.
4. Request Support
- Use this option to submit a support ticket.
- Select the category that best fits your issue (technical support, billing, general inquiry).
- Provide detailed information to help us resolve your issue quickly.
5. Sign In / Sign Up
- Sign In: Existing users can log in to manage tickets and view history.
- Sign Up: New users can create an account to start using the hub.
- After signing in, you can:
- Track ticket status
- Update your profile
- Access personalized resources
Best Practices for Using ALCO Hub
- Check the Knowledge Base first: Many common questions are answered there.
- Use Request Support for technical issues: This ensures proper tracking under your SLA.
- Request Access promptly: If you need the ALCO Vault, submit your request early.
- Sign Up for full functionality: Without an account, you can browse KB articles but cannot track tickets.

Response Confirmation
When you submit a request through ALCO Hub:
- You’ll receive a ticket reference number
- Date and time of submission
- Assigned priority level
- Expected response time based on your SLA
