Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed through QuickBooks Online. The following methods are supported:

1. Credit and Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards, including:

2. ACH Bank Transfers
For clients who prefer direct bank transactions, ACH transfers are available.

Every invoice includes a Pay Now button. Clicking this allows you to:

Methods We Do NOT Accept

  • Paper checks
  • Cash payments

  • Recurring Clients: Invoices are issued on the first day of each month and are due within 15 days
